Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 20, 2026 This Refund Policy applies to apparel orders purchased on yourstrulys.com, operated by Shenzhen Yunsenhui Trading Co., Ltd.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after you receive your apparel items. To qualify for return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached.
• Returns do not apply to clearance items or personalized custom products.

Return Shipping Cost

• If items arrive defective, damaged or incorrect: We cover the return shipping cost.
• If you return items due to change of mind / wrong size: Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Return Process

1. Submit your return request via email: service@yourstrulys.com, include your order number and reason for return.
2. We will review your request and send you return instructions.
3. Ship the goods back to the designated return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. After we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will process your refund. Refund processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the package has been dispatched, cancellation is not available and you will need to follow our return procedure.
