Thank you for choosing Yourstrulys! Because every single piece of artwork is custom-made specifically for you and your pet, our order fulfillment process includes two main stages: Production (Artwork & Crafting) and Shipping (Delivery).

1. Order Processing & Production Time

Since our products are personalized, production begins after your order is placed and photos are received:

Digital Artwork Design & Proofing: 2 – 4 business days. (If digital proof approval is required, production time begins once you approve the artwork proof).
Printing & Framing Production: 2 – 5 business days after artwork approval.

*Note: During peak holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, Mother's Day), production times may be extended by 2–3 business days.

2. International Shipping Times & Costs

We ship worldwide using reliable express carriers (including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services). Estimated delivery times after production are as follows:

United States: 5 – 9 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 6 – 10 business days
Canada & Australia: 7 – 12 business days
Rest of the World: 8 – 15 business days

Shipping Costs:

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight (typically $4.99 – $9.99).
FREE Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $75.00 USD.

3. Order Tracking

Once your item is printed and packaged, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.

4. Customs & Import Taxes

International shipments may occasionally incur customs duties or import taxes depending on your local government's regulations. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
